5 All images used on website are taken from our jobs but actual colours of product may differ. SS Your Local fencing reserve the right to amend or change these images without any prior notice.

 

6 Its our customers responsibility to check with there local council whether they need planning permission or if they are allowed to install a fence or install a fence of a certain height and type in there back garden, front driveway, side of house or anywhere on there property or the land they might be claiming there's when SS YOUR LOCAL FENCING installing the fence. In any case if such situation arises where fence has to be taken out and reinstalled you will be liable for extra charges for labour or any material used and any damage that caused to third party's property. we reserve the right to give you next available date for work to commence.  By accepting our term and conditions you agreeing that you have provided us accurate details of line of fence and happy for us to proceed with installation.

7 We do our best to finish most of our jobs same day but in such case if it is gonna take more then 1 day customer is liable for the security of the material. You must not entre or allow anyone to entre in our workspace  while we are working or during our closed hours. we are not liable for any accident that might happen during our closed hours on customers property.

8 All our jobs comes with 6 months free repair warranty. After the expire date of warranty all the repairs are chargeable.

9  By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you accept that AFTER THE INSTALLTION OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AND ISSUE ANY REFUND.

10 All our metal gate are made to measure and can not be reused. There are no REFUNDS for metal gates once Production begins.
